By using Liffto Technologies LLP's website or services, you agree to comply with our legally binding Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Provided
Liffto Technologies LLP provides various IT services, including Software Development, Mobile Application Development, and UI/UX Design. Specific project scopes are outlined in the signed Statement of Work (SOW).
2. Payment Milestone Structure
To ensure transparency and commitment, Liffto Technologies LLP follows a strict milestone-based payment schedule for all Website and App development projects:
- Milestone 1: Project Initiation & Flow Chart Upon engagement, the team will design the project architecture and Flow Chart.
- Milestone 2: Approval & Pre-Development (25% Payment) Once the Client approves the Flow Chart/Logic Map, a payment of 25% of the total project value must be cleared. Development work will only commence after this payment is received.
- Milestone 3: Final Completion & Handover (Remaining Balance) Upon completion of the project and prior to the final deployment or handover of source code/credentials, the Client must pay the final and full settlement of the remaining balance.
3. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
Ownership: Liffto Technologies LLP retains all rights to the code and design until the Final and Full Settlement is received.
Transfer of Rights: Full ownership and licenses for the deliverables are transferred to the Client only after the final payment milestone is cleared.
4. Client Responsibilities & Approvals
The Client agrees to review and provide feedback on the Flow Chart in a timely manner.
Approval of the Flow Chart is considered a "Point of No Return" for the logic phase; significant changes to the flow after the 25% payment is made may incur additional "Change Request" fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
Liffto Technologies LLP is not responsible for delays caused by late payments or delayed approvals of milestones by the Client. We reserve the right to pause development if the 25% pre-development fee is not settled.
6. Refund Policy
The 25% payment made after the Flow Chart approval is non-refundable, as it covers the resources allocated for the development phase.
